    Once the order has been processed we will email you the status of the order and the path for you to track the shipping order.
    You can also click on the "My account" button in the upper right corner of the website and then enter your email address into it to view all your orders.

    Shop She ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.

    We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for UK, FR, DE & CA customers!

    1. For UK customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 7-15 business days for Standard Shipping.
    2. For France and Germany customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 8-18 business days for Standard Shipping.
    3. For CA customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 10-20 business days for Standard Shipping.
    4. From Sept. 26, 2018, customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over USD$49 (shipping cost excluded)(it was FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders over USD$49 before this upgrading). The order amount for free shipping has been increased due to the rise of shipping cost, which is out the consideration of providing better service and faster delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

  • 4 Warranty and Returns?

    Returnable Items

    Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
    1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
    2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
    3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

    Contact our support@shopshe.net as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
    If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

    Non-Returnable Items

    We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
    1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
    2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
    3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, Earrings are not covered by the warranty.
